In August 2009, our restaurant and catering service started with the idea of a Lebanese family, living in Switzerland since 1990, indulging in their mother’s delicious authentic food for decades. They decided to share their gastronomic privileges with local people as there wasn’t at that time any Lebanese restaurant in Lausanne.
So, we are officially the first Lebanese restaurant in Lausanne.
We met success from the beginning, and it continues today because we are passionate about our Lebanese cuisine. An exquisite experience, rich with flavors that we prepare in the most traditional way, with recipes handed down from generation to generation while maintaining the highest standards of meal preparation.
